The following is a list of things that all football parents will need to get their child/children signed up for Del Norte High School Football and to stay informed.

1. Register for football using the Registration page on the website. 
2. Get a sports physical and complete the Ticket to Play so your student-athlete is eligible to play.
3. Sign up for Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). All players need to signed up for AAU in order to participate in 7 on 7 games and tournaments
4. Become a member of the Touchdown Club. (optional, but highly recommended)
5. Volunteer to help with 2 or more of the many opportunities listed on Dibs.
6. Follow @dnhsfootball on Instagram and @DelNorteTDClub on Facebook to keep up to date on information.
7. Subscribe to the Del Norte Football Calendar.

Register your student-athlete for football using the Registration page on this website.  Our registration link is now live.

There are separate registration forms for the Summer and Fall sessions. If your child is going to play in both sessions, please be sure to use the relevant registration forms and enroll them for both sessions. 

Get your student-athlete their Ticket to Play via the Home Campus website so they are eligible to play.  Schedule an appointment with your physician or have your student athlete attend our Del Norte Physical night (5/31/23) for a sports physical and have them complete and sign the required forms.  The forms will need to be uploaded to the Home Campus website.  Click here for Ticket to Play instructions.

All players should sign up for AAU as it provides insurance coverage for the 7 on 7 games, tournaments, and Summer Camp. These activities are technically not Del Norte High School events. 

Here are the steps to signup:

1. Go to https://play.aausports.org/joinaau/memberappdirectorpage.aspx
2. Click on: "Youth Athlete Membership"
3. Select your sport: "Football - Flag, 7 on 7"
4. Coverage: "Extended (AB)"
5. Term: Current Freshman select "3 years", Sophomores - "2 years", Juniors - "Current Membership Year". That will cover you for the rest of your high school career.
6. "Are they a member of a Club?" Select "Yes", then enter the club code:  W39ABF
7. Complete the information in the "Who are you registering" Section
8. Pay for membership.

When you've completed your membership, you will be listed in our club.

Del Norte High School Touchdown Club is a non-profit organization providing benefits and support to the Del Norte High School Football Program which impacts over 140 student athletes.  Building a championship team requires your support.  Becoming involved  allows the Touchdown Club to provide the following services to support the entire Nighthawks Football Program.

• Uniforms and equipment replacement
• Strength and speed training
• Additional coaches and coach training
• New and improved football equipment
• Updated technology
• State of the art training facilities
• Game night experiences
• Livestream 
• Banquet and special events nights
