PARIS BROWN - FROSH HEAD COACH
DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR - SAFETIES
Paris Brown is entering his seventh season coaching football at
Del Norte High School (2011, 2013, 2014-2018), and 15th
season coaching football overall. He spent the last two years as
the defensive coordinator at Del Norte and has spent time
coaching at Mt. Carmel and Mira Mesa High School. His
expertise is coaching defensive backs.
In addition to coaching football, he also teaches at Del Norte as
a Social Science teacher. He teaches World and United States
Coach Brown is from San Diego where he graduated from Mira
Mesa High School then attended Mesa Junior College before
transferring to Cal State San Marcos where he earned his BA in
History and his teaching credential. He later earned his Masters
degree in Multicultural Education.
Coach Brown has been married to his wonderful wife Natalie
Brown for 9 years. They have 4 sons Josiah, Amadeo, Christian,

Coach Wan was born and raised in San Francisco, California, He has over 30 years of experience in contact sports. Mixed Martial Arts being the vast majority of his experiences. Coach Wan specializes in developing systems and processes so one can develop "muscle memory”.
Coach Wan’s experience is from playing football, competing in karate and instructing close combat in the Marine Corps. His focus for anyone and everyone is to "be ready”, when it comes to contact sports. That is his passion.
Coach Wan takes the philosophy and practicality of football to the “real world”, so the players can develop mentally and physically. He wants them to strengthen their skills as their body adapts throughout it’s development ...so,
